10) Emporio Armani Spring Summer 2014
The Emporio Armani Spring Summer 2014 runway show was filled with Chinese grandmothers in pyjama pant suits ready for bedtime or tea.
11) Etro Spring Summer 2014
Etro's Spring Summer 2014 runway collection was inspired by Middle Eastern and Oriental prints as they too an East meets West approach to produce a modern jet-setters' collection while adhering to their brand's famous paisley prints updated in pretty pastel mint greens and dusty cerulean blue.
Harem pants inspired cut with a perfect fit and flare to them, providing just the right balance of style and comfort.
Beautiful gold fringe details at the scarf collar of this yellow leaf-print top accentuates the bright and dark yellow tones of this Etro top and pants combo.
Hanne Gaby Odiele wears a relaxed mint-green paisley print Etro pant suit perfect for the jet-setting on-the-go traveller.
12) Fausto Puglisi Spring Summer 2014
Disney star Bella Thorne first wore Fausto Puglisi to the 2013 Teen Choice Awards and we all witnessed how cute a voluminous Fausto Puglisi skater skirt would be even when paired with a sweatshirt.
Supermodel Yumi Lambert sports an S&M inspired belted corset with the palm print skater skirt updated in a fiery firework sparkle of glittery red, gold and silver for Fausto Puglisi's Spring Summer 2014 runway show.
The sky's the limit in this gold sequin embellished palm print Fausto Puglisi mini dress in sky blue.
13) Francesco Scognamiglio Spring Summer 2014
Girly, floral pastels in dark undertones ruled the runways of Saint Laurent's Fall Winter 2013 collection. As for Francesco Scognamiglio's Spring Summer 2014 runway collection, over-faded floral prints paired with white strappy ankle boots presented a classic girly Spring image which will define one of next Spring Summer's 2014 hottest trend.
Full-on lace made into a shapeless jumpsuit is a recipe for fashion disaster.
14) Gianfranco Ferré Spring Summer 2014
Expert sharp tailoring as seen on Gianfranco Ferré's Spring Summer 2014 runway collection as a model struts the catwalk in a pure all-white ensemble with a statement belt.
15) Giorgio Armani Spring Summer 2014
Italian designer Giorgio Armani must have been off his meds as he presents his Spring Summer 2014 collection with models parading in curtain drapes or beekeeper outfits wearing hats that either looked like Chinese wanton wrappers or silicone cup caps in particular the Cheese and Mouse Cup Cap which I own.
16) Gucci Spring Summer 2014
Remember the Louis Vuitton's controversial prostitution video earlier this year which they created for their Fall Winter 2013 advertising campaign?
Gucci's Spring Summer 2014 runway collection is living in Louis Vuitton's prostitute pimp chain shadow.
It's the battle of the prostitution, pimp chain showdown! Who would win? Gucci's sixties inspired psychedelic, metallic green pimp outfit would be perfect for the gym if they had a matching green pimp hat to go along with.
Who would have thought Gucci designer Frida Giannini would stoop so low and be so desperate for the Gucci clothing line to fit in with the young and trendy crowd themes so much so that a basketball mesh outfit with matching basketball shorts in garish orange and pink colours that looked like a poster child for maternity porn.
The only saving grace of Gucci's Spring Summer 2014 runway collection was it's accessories. The fringe suede, python skin shoulder bags and sunglasses were to die for.
17) Iceberg Spring Summer 2014
Iceberg promotes anorexia as they allow an anorexic, ill-looking model to walk their runway. Not only was the Iceberg Spring Summer 2014 runway show items boring, but the bony shoulder blades of the anorexic model that stuck out of the sleeveless tank top was probably one of the more unpleasant but "interesting" highlights of the fashion presentation.
Iceberg goes gender bender with sports and shorts outfits one could picture on a male model instead.
18) Just Cavalli Spring Summer 2014
The last few Just Cavalli collections were splendid. However, this Spring Summer 2014, Eva and Roberto Cavalli got a bit too scrapbook-happy and plastered on clashing prints of checks, leopard and tropical plants all-over their clothing line.
This dangerously dorky sweatshirt is something that even square cartoon character Velma from Scooby-Doo would not wear.
As a loyal fan of Just Cavalli, at least I can save some money next year.
19) Luisa Beccaria Spring Summer 2014
Would you want to wear musty old lace curtains from an abandoned holiday cottage by the riverside in the middle of nowhere - America?
It's one thing to look boring but another to look like you're not from the fashion industry at all but a full-time baker in Italy. Telling signs of why Luisa Beccaria's Spring Summer 2014 runway show was a flop for us.
20) Marco de Vincenzo Spring Summer 2014
Marco de Vincenzo's Spring Summer 2014 runway collection consisted of flashy work wear that's still smart, sharp-looking and appropriate for 9-to-5 office jobs.
Those pointy toe Harlequin inspired pumps on model Yumi Lambert make a fun footwear and accessory for normal, boring work wear.
Arrowhead prints make anything look smart.
21) Marni Spring Summer 2014
Marni's unfortunate watercolor painting inspired dresses for their Spring Summer 2014 collection was too dull, drab and unwearable for those who have not yet planned their retirement home arrangements.
22) Moschino Spring Summer 2014
Moschino's tagline of "Cheap & Chic" is a powerful brand message. But even a powerful brand message can turn all awry if the product does not deliver to it's brand statement.
The Moschino Spring Summer 2014 collection's played on the theme of the contrast roles of "Good girls" and "Bad girls".
Catherine McNeil, pictured above on the left plays a naughty nun but both her partner's outfit looked boring minus the head gear.
Moschino's brand prides itself for it's quirky outfits. However, the looked pretty bland and similar to standard fare from Primark without the stage props - masks, hats and accessories. We do adore the Moschino lace lingerie on model Marique Schimmel though.
23) MSGM Spring Summer 2014
Massimo Giorgetti, the man behind Italian label MSGM tries to create designs that are youthful and trendy for both ladies and gents.
The Spring Summer 2014 MSGM runway collection was filled with baggy clown mis-matched outfits suitable for travelling circus companions and not so much youthful and trendy teenager.
MSGM's Spring Summer 2014 menswear collection was a stark contrast to the womenswear line - they actually had decent pieces a person could wear without looking like a performing troupe's joke of the day award.
24) No.21 by Alessandro Dell’Acqua Spring Summer 2014
Alessandro Dell’Acqua is a genius and this designer is well known for his overtly sexy yet classy womenswear collection.
The No.21 Spring Summer 2014 collection was toned-down sexy featuring midriff revealing cropped tops - shirts, cardigans and sexy, sheer, sequin embellished mini-midi skirts.
Model Bette Franke rocks a sheer beige skirt with a lace lining underneath. The nude tones and lace create a lingerie effect, preserving the lingerie-as-outerwear trend for another season.
25) Phillip Plein Spring Summer 2014
Curiously, Phillip Plein's Spring Summer 2014 runway show used only black models; either a strong statement the German fashion designer wanted to make against the predominantly white supremacist fashion industry or that the target market for his clothing and accessories were changing to the black market.
Phillip Plein's collection has not made a name for itself due to the fact that many of his pieces were not original. Although many designers do copy each other's collection, an original piece of collection would do wonders to carve out a name for a designer in the fashion industry.
A fine example would be the Phillip Plein metal corset dress above which reminds one of Dolce & Gabbana's iconic Spring Summer 2007 metal corset dress collection which Jessica Stam and Lady Gaga wore.
26) Prada Spring Summer 2014
Miuccia Prada showed signs of dementia and that she's going senile in her Prada's latest Spring Summer 2014 runway collection. Hawaiian beach towels as fur coats and knee-length soccer socks paired with high heels are worrying signs that this designer has officially gone off her rockers.
Prada's idea of high fashion is putting a scary and unflattering picture of a Caucasian woman with blonde hair, massive nose, lips and chin on the front of an unflattering cut dress. To make matters worse, throw on a heavy sequinned bra top with no support for flat chested ladies.
Lindsey Wixon's zoned out look on the Prada Spring Summer 2014 runway says it all as she wonders what she is doing and which better place she could daydream herself away to as she catwalks in a multi-colour fur coat with Madonna's face wearing too much make-up on it.
This is what some fashion magazines, definitely not Unlikely You, would call a beautiful mess or some may call high fashion so high that it's not for the common folk to understand. Basically, industry trash covers the backs of other industry trash.
27) Sportmax Spring Summer 2014
Polka dot clowns rule Sportmax's Spring Summer 2014 runway as designers steer clear from anything "safe".
28) Tod's Spring Summer 2014
Magdalena Frackowiak looks ready to bludgeon a moose or huge hairy beast in this bloodcurdling meat dress from Tod's Spring Summer 2014 runway show that Lady Gaga would wear in her sixties.
Beansprout carpets are adorable when they are on the floor serving its function as a carpet, not so much of they are plastered on your head like a swimming cap.
29) Trussardi Spring Summer 2014
Trussardi tries hard to break away from their current dull and boring existence in the fashion world and attempts to destroy the "underwear-as-pants" trend by making the world's most un-glamourous brown adult diapers into an underpant shorts.
30) Versace Spring Summer 2014
Donatella Versace works the glam-rocker trend for her Versace Spring Summer 2014 runway show. Spring is not just about flowers and pastels for this feisty peroxide blonde designer.
The leather chest harness detail and bondage belt straps with the iconic Versace Medusa head logo added a gladiator look and feel to the overall runway outfits.
Versace's bondage strap corset dress that rivals Herve Leger's bandage dresses.
Colourful coral prints make a comeback this Spring Summer in not so pastel shades.
Versace medusa head chain harness adds a glam-rock factor to a bright yellow blouse and lime green high-split dress.
Hot and upcoming Russian model with strong, masculine facial features, Irina Nikolaeva struts the Versace Spring Summer runway in head to toe blue - bikini, sequin jacket, crocodile tote and strappy sandals.
A lovely chainmail white evening dress from Versace's Spring Summer collection.
Donatella Versace is spot on with this Spring Summer 2014 season's recurring statement rocker sweatshirt trend as perfected by Givenchy and Kenzo.
31) Roberto Cavalli Spring Summer 2014
Roberto Cavalli's used nude colour tones fro his Spring Summer 2014 runway collection. This time round, it was a bit Scandinavian inspired, a bit Viking, a bit Game of thrones, medieval but definitely in touch with nature as he chose strappy tall sandals, heavily sequinned taupe plunging dresses, plenty of tasselled accessories, animal and nature inspired Swarovski crystal necklaces and accessories, soft fur stoles and natural perforated cotton pants in his designs.
Staying true to the Roberto Cavalli brand, Roberto and Eva Cavalli used snakeskin, python and other animal prints in their main line's clothing and accessories.
